Tina LaBarre MS RD LDN
As a mom to 3 wonderful children, including a set of twins, I am passionate about women’s health and specialize in providing nutrition education and counseling to women before, during, and after pregnancy. I also provide nutrition guidance and support to women throughout the menopause transition, and weight management.
I offer medical nutrition therapy for chronic disease management, and I am competent in optimizing the nutritional status of individuals with malnutrition, and those who are post-stroke. I believe medical nutrition therapy plays an important role in health and wellbeing and contributes to an improved quality of life.
What to Expect:
During our first session we will learn more about your goals and what wellness looks like to you. We will discuss your current lifestyle, eating pattern, food preferences, and discuss potential obstacles for meeting your goals. We will outline a plan to ensure we are moving towards your nutrition goals, including strategies to overcome obstacles. Follow-up sessions will focus on further individualizing your nutrition plan of care.
Fun Facts:
Outside of work, I love to run, ski, and take road trips with my family. I spend my summers serving as the program dietitian for the Never Too Young Football Club, a summer soccer and nutrition program co-founded with my husband in 2021. I love teaching nutrition classes for worksite wellness programs, fitness centers, schools, and community organizations.
